I've been subscribing to F&SF for almost 20 years now, but it's been probably 10 years or so since I've read one cover to cover. I'll go many months without even reading one story. Yet for some reason I keep renewing my subscription, maybe thinking that some day I'll get the urge to read 2000 short stories in a row.
