What I've learned about juggling
Jul. 27th, 2009 01:32 pmIt's an incredible thigh workout. You're constantly squatting to pick up dropped bean bags. Ok, I did 5 hours of rather physical improv on Saturday. I don't think doing free squats in 10+ minute increments all day Sunday helped though.
I was planning on doing some bouldering this week. Maybe next week instead...
